Karen joined Norwich Research Partners LLP (NRP LLP) in 2010. Since then her role has evolved from Project Assistant to Operations Assistant. Client and contractor liaison form a major part of her duties. She manages the whole moving-in process with a new Occupiers, including overseeing any minor office/lab alterations and refurbishment works. Karen attends meetings that involve FM including external meetings such a transportation and park wide security. She is responsible for raising Work Orders and Purchase Orders for all FM related works and signs off invoices once work is completed to satisfactory standard.
Karen assists the Estate and Facilities Manager in preparing documents for all Tenders, such as Insurance, IT, Landscaping etc. She also manages the meeting room bookings and large events repeat bookings, Reception and assist with the catering contract.
