Location: Online via Zoom and SpatialChat
This three-day symposium will combine presentation of use cases of long read RNAseq, sample processing hints and tips from the experts in sequencing facilities at Earlham Institute and SciLifeLab National Genomics Infrastructure, and technology developments from leading long read technology companies.
There will also be opportunities to discuss topics such as annotation, differential expression, low input single cell applications, exchanging expertise and challenges with other participants.
Earlham Institute are also offering the opportunity to present at the symposium and you can submit an abstract for consideration when you register.
To Register for this event and for more info visit EI Long Read RNA Symposium 2021 | Earlham Institute. Registration closes 13th June and the symposium is open to all! This event costs £15 to attend.
Who is this event for?
Research staff and students who are current or soon to be users of long read technology for the production of transcriptomic data and those analysing long read RNAseq data to produce genome annotations, differential expression analyses and those using RenSeq.
We particularly encourage early career researchers and PhD students to submit abstracts for selection for presentation.
This training forms part of Earlham Institute's BBSRC National Capability in Advanced Training
