An international event looking at the scientific and clinical relationships between gut and bone health will be held by UEA and NNUH this year.
The Gut-Bone Axis Meeting will take place online from 21 and 23 June. Registration closes 18th June.
Prof Jeremy Turner, Consultant Endocrinologist at NNUH, is one of the co-organisers of the event, which is sponsored by the Society for Endocrinology.
It's a 3 x 2 hour session online meeting run over three days looking at the scientific and clinical relationships between gut and bone health and disease. There will be several internationally prominent key note speakers presenting. In addition there will be selected talks from submitted abstracts and poster presentations covering scientific and clinical topics in this field.
The organisers are anticipating an international mix of delegates and this will really help to put Norwich Skeletal and Gut biomedical research on the map.
